Terms and Conditions
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is from 3pm. If your accommodation is ready sooner, then you are welcome to use it immediately. If it is not going to be ready before 3pm we are more than happy to store your luggage.
Check-out is at 11am. It may be possible to arrange a later check-out. Please give us as much notice as possible if you would prefer a later check-out and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Occupancy & Extra Guests
The Plough House accommodates a maximum of 4 people. Guests found to be in breach of this will be subject to an extra fee upon check out.
Hen/Stag Policy
We do not accommodate hen or stag parties. If you book for a hen or stag party we reserve the right to refuse the booking upon arrival.
Parties
As we want to be considerate neighbours we operate a strict no party policy.
Pets
Unfortunately we do not allow pets.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted indoors. However, if you wish to smoke or vape, please do so in the back garden a distance from the neighbours.
Damages
We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage done to your room during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave .
Payment Policy:
Credit card details are entered on a secured page and are transferred using SSL to our payment provider.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests can cancel until 14 days before check-in for a full refund, Guests Cancelling within 5 days can re book there for stay for a later date. If the rate has increased the customer would be expected to pay the difference. If the rate falls unfortunately, we cannot give refunds.
The customer will not be entitled to any refund for cancellations made within 4 days of the stay.
If the bookings is made via an external booking platform please refer to their individual policy .
